Cedar Cove Marina
This is the Cedar Cove Marina and condos. One great thing about the island is that we have height restrictions. No higher than 3 stories. It's reassuring to know that Cedar Key will never look like Miami Beach with so many high-rises robbing the gorgeous scenic views.

Its great that you have the height restrictions but will they not just change those when the time comes that they need to? I hope not.

Fortunately, we have too many old timers here and our City Commissioners also want to preserve the island. So while I suppose this could happen...I tend to doubt it.
